I will be real with ya’ll: this black swing dress is probably the best $38 I’ve spent in a long time. I bought it before a dressy event last week and paired it with these heels and a leopard clutch for a fancy night out.

As you can see though, this little black swing dress also transitions perfectly to casual weekend wear. It’s adorable on it’s own, but also great with a denim shirt over it, a long cardigan, or riding boots! You will get SO much use out of this dress! And for $38, it was really a no-brainer for me.

Also want to talk about this hat for a second. Yes, this is more money than I’ve spent on a hat in my entire life. BUT, I’d been wanting a Janessa Leone hat for quite some time now, so I took the plunge and did it, and had zero buyers remorse whatsoever! This hat fits perfectly, it’s the perfect size (not too big, not too small) and I’ve probably worn it 5 times since I bought it two weeks ago. For me, it was totally worth it!
