Happy new week you guys! Hope you all had an awesome weekend – either going out and having fun with friends, or relaxing at home. We did a little bit of both and it was wonderful. Weekends are my favorite.
This look I’m sharing with y’all today is full of my summer essentials: this black and white plaid shirt is such a summer staple. It looks great with cut-off denim shorts or white skinny jeans and is such an easy shirt to throw on for dinner or a weekend at the lake! These leopard slide sandals are definitely a new favorite for me! They’re super comfortable and add such a fun accent to any basic outfit! I promise you’ll end up wearing them all the time.
I’ll be honest with ya. Mondays have become quite a struggle for me lately so I’ve decided each Monday to pick one thing I’m excited about this week! Michael and I are doing a dinner + movie date night one night this week and we’re seeing Me Before You. I read the book but haven’t seen the movie yet and am super excited about it! Michael and I both always have such busy work weeks that I legit miss him during the week. So, really looking forward to a little mid week date night together! What are you excited for this week?
