Happy Friday y’all! I legitimately have no idea how the week is already over, but no complaints here! If you follow me on snapchat (laurenkay2) or instagram, you’ve probably already seen this blue gingham top a few times. I just bought it about a week ago and have already worn it at least 3 times already!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m all about those tops or dresses that are under $50. I would say at this point in my life, that makes up a huge chunk of my wardrobe, and my blog posts! HOWEVER, I love finding a shirt (like this blue gingham top), that can be a new “go-to”. For instance, I hang this shirt at the front of my closet because whenever I’m running out the door to run a quick errand, I throw this on with denim shorts. If I’m meeting my mom for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory (no shame), I throw this on with white skinny jeans like I wore above. It’s also a top that will transition seamlessly into fall, and looks absolutely adorable under a camel-colored cardigan paired with booties!
The quality of this top is also amazing. So, couple that with it’s classic style, and I know I will be wearing this blue gingham top long after this summer and fall! Also obsessed with the buttons down the back! I have several button down shirts (with buttons in the front), but this is my first with the buttons going down the back and I love it!
Michael and I are actually flying to Napa today to be in California for the weekend and I am SO excited! Apparently their highs are in the low 80’s right now – which is kind of hard to imagine! What are y’all up to this weekend? Make sure to follow our travels along on instagram and snapchat!
