Cocoon cardigan | White tee | Denim shorts | Karen Walker sunglasses c/o DITTO | Leather shoulder bag | Suede booties (similar here) | Watch | Turquoise tassel earrings

Hi. My name is Lauren, and I am addicted to sunglasses. Ask anyone who knows me – it’s a real thing. Which is exactly why when I first heard of an “endless eyewear” subscription, I knew I had to jump on that ASAP!

First, I want to tell you about DITTO (the endless eyewear subscription), in case you don’t already know how it works. (For those of you who follow me on snapchat, you probably already know all about it!) And then I want to tell you why I think it’s the best invention since sliced bread! Seriously.

DITTO is a website where you can either shop for amazing designer sunglasses, and/OR you can sign up for a sunglass subscription. For $24 a month, you can pick from countless designer sunglasses that you want to wear either for a weekend trip, a month, or as long as you want! (For $34 a month you can do this exact same thing with prescription glasses!) When you get tired of that pair, or want a new pair, you simply swap them out for a new pair! Shipping and returns are ALWAYS free, and DITTO makes that process as easy/simple as possible.

Karen walker sunglasses (tortoise – my absolute favorite pair) | Karen walker sunglasses (black) | Ray-ban sunglasses

Now that you kind of get the gist of how the process works…I want to share with y’all why I’m so obsessed with this idea.

I think I bought my very first pair of Ray-Bans my junior year in college. I loved them but felt pretty guilty about spending that amount of money on sunglasses. (Hello, I was a broke unemployed college student). Even now that I’m “grown up” though and have an income, there are certain things I just can’t bring myself to buy. For example, I’d wanted a pair of Karen Walker sunglasses for what felt like years. But I just couldn’t bring myself to spend $250+ on a pair of trendy sunglasses (and knew my husband probably wouldn’t approve either!)

This is the beauty of DITTO. It allows you to try/wear sunglasses that in real life, you probably would never actually purchase. And if you end up getting them in the mail and LOVING them, you can purchase them from DITTO with a 15% discount!

(I’d say about 95% of the sunglasses you see here on my blog or on my instagram are from DITTO!)

Another reason I love DITTO is because it gives you the opportunity to branch out from sunglasses you would normally buy. Aviators are always a safe bet, but I would’ve never thought to even try this pair of Karen Walker sunglasses if it weren’t for a monthly subscription!

Lastly, I think an endless eyewear subscription is such a brilliant idea because when it comes to sunglasses…one size does not fit all! If I’m wearing athletic clothes, I’ll want a completely different pair of sunglasses than if I’m walking around NYC for fashion week! Michael doesn’t understand this concept, but girls…I’m sure you’ve had similar thoughts!

If you think this is something you might be interested in, but you’re not 100% sure…you can try out this endless eyewear subscription for FREE for one month with the code “laurenkaysims”! You can swap out pairs as much as you’d like within that month to get a feel for it. I have a feeling you’re going to love it as much as I do!

xo Lauren
