Happy Friday y’all! In case you couldn’t tell by the 10 million pictures in this post…this Madewell athleisure look is one of my favorite looks I’ve ever posted on the blog. Not only that, but it’s an outfit I’ve repeated like 5 times in the past two weeks because it’s so easy, so comfortable, yet something I still feel cool in at the same time!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I am a huge major obsessive Madewell fan. Like if I could only shop at one store for the rest of my life, this would be it. So when I heard they launched an athleisure line, I basically died of happiness. I knew right away my bank account might not be emotionally prepared for the damage I was about to do.
The Madewell athleisure line is called “Miles by Madewell” and there are 3 main reasons I’m obsessed with it:
- It’s real life, everyday. These are clothes/outfits you can wear to the grocery store, go for a walk with a girl friend, to work at a coffee shop, and everything in between. The clothes from the Madewell athleisure line are insanely comfortable and easy, yet still have great style and look really put together!
- They’re just cool. Theres something about the Madewell athleisure line that when you put these clothes on…even if they’re just sweats or a baseball cap, you just feel cooler! It’s like magic. I love the laid back/LA vibe of the line. It’s athletic, yet very “lifestyle” at the same time.
- Timeless style. Like everything else Madewell does, the Madewell athleisure line has timeless style that you’ll be able to wear year after year, no matter what the current trends are.
The high-waisted skinny jeans I’m wearing here are seriously magical. In this post, you see them in a more dressed up look for fall, and here you see them athletic and casual. They’re so flattering and can seriously be styled SO many ways.
I’m also SO excited to be doing a fun shopping event with the Madewell in Northpark Mall on Thursday October 20th! The shopping event will be from 6-8 (Madewell is upstairs in the mall, in between Nordstrom and Neiman’s). Come stop by (I’d love to meet you or say hi!), shop their amazing Fall collection, and enjoy some sips and sweets! Really…Madewell, cocktails, and sweets. 3 of my favorite things!
