I bought this baby blue sweater in the tan version last fall and seriously lived in it. It was my go to for every wedding shower, date night, or dinner with the parents! So when I saw that it came in a light blue, I snagged it without a second thought.
I love how soft this sweater is, but also super lightweight. I don’t know about where you live but I know in Boulder it will probably stay cool through March and April – and this is the perfect sweater for those temperatures! Also want to call out these booties. I was wanting a pair of booties that I could wear now when it’s still a little chilly, but also wear in spring with white denim or denims shorts – and these have been PERFECT. Since they’re perforated you can really wear them year round. I also love the little cutouts.
In other news…if you follow me on snapchat (or have seen recent IG stories)…Michael and I are doing a 10-day herbal cleanse right now! You might remember last January I did the advocare 24-day challenge. The 10-day cleanse we are doing is the first 10 days of the 24 day challenge (if that makes sense). So, you can either do the entire 24 day challenge, or you can also just choose to do the 10 day cleanse. So, I’ll explain what the cleanse is and why we’re doing it!

Why we are doing the Advocare 10-day cleanse:
So, the last two weeks Michael and I were in Dallas before the move were complete chaos. After that, we went to Montana with Michael’s family and of course on vacation you let yourself eat whatever you want! #Noregrets
But after all of that both of us just felt sluggish and bloated and yuck. The cleanse really does make you feel so much better/lighter/healthier and takes away that bloated feeling. We’ve had more energy and my skin looks better (because we’re drinking so much water!). It’s also been great because it’s forced me to look up clean, healthy recipes, and allowed us to cook more together! We’re 6 days in but it’s been such a great experience so far.

Have y’all done any type of cleanse/detox before? What was your experience with it? I tried a juice cleanse once and legit hated it haha slash I kind of don’t think those are healthy (IMO). I love the Advocare 10 day cleanse because you’re eating real food and fueling your body with whole and healthy nutrients!
