One of my favorite things about transitioning into spring and summer is dresses. I love denim and layers and all of that but if I had to pick one type of clothing that makes me the happiest…it would probably be dresses.

I got this floral ruffle maxi dress before Michael and I went to Turks and Caicos last week. The second I laid eyes on it I knew it was perfect for our trip, and couldn’t believe the price considering how high end it looked! This is one of those purchases that just makes me happy. I love how feminine and romantic this ruffle maxi dress is. I love the high/low hemline and the colors are the perfect mix of pastels with organic pinks and greens.

This ruffle maxi dress isn’t one that you’d necessarily wear to work or wear 3 times in the same week…but it’s a dress you put on for a party and instantly have a stand out outfit. It’s a dress you wear to your birthday brunch and feel your best in. It’s one you wear on a 3 year anniversary trip to Turks and Caicos with your husband, and every time you look at it…it brings back memories from the trip!
