Happy fri-YAY! I’m so excited slash really nervous to reveal my home office to y’all today! TBH, revealing any kind of home interiors on here stresses me out. I don’t feel like interior decorating is necessarily a strength of mine, and I know I have A LOT of room to grow (slash, one day I’d really like to hire someone to help me lol #goals). BUT I figured I’d go ahead and share my home office with y’all in case you’re needing some ideas or inspo for your own!

First of all: this desk. Easily my favorite thing in my office, and the hardest thing to shop for. I found a few other desks that were less expensive that I felt ‘okay’ about. But, if I felt ‘okay’ about them now…that means I’d want a new one a few years down the road. So, I fell in LOVE with this one and know I will want to keep it forever. It’s the perfect size for a small-ish office like mine, and for what I needed it for.

One of my biggest struggles as a blogger is staying organized. With new stuff coming in nearly everyday, and new product to try out and shoot…my closets and drawers feel like they are constantly exploding. I LOVE my little ‘closet-office’ that Michael and I customized at The Container Store (side note, I could legit spend forever in that store).

I organize the drawers of this ‘closet office’ by product. The top drawer is skincare products, middle drawer is hair, and the bottom is makeup. These are all products that brands have sent me that I have yet to test out. Once I test them out, they either come to my bathroom (if I love them), or I give them away! And if I love them…you usually end up hearing about them on here!

Key to organization: more drawers! I love this 2-drawer wood storage unit because it’s the perfect size, yet holds a lot of stuff. In these top drawers I keep receipts, cords (for cameras, chargers, etc), and other office supplies. In the bottom drawers I keep nail polishes, workout clothes, lip colors, and travel sized product. (Again, all of these are products I’ve yet to try out or write about!)

The clothes hanging on the hanging rod here are usually looks I’m about to shoot for a blog post – either for a campaign I’m working on with a brand, or just clothes I’ve purchased recently that I love and want to post about!
