I don’t know about you but I feel like end of January / February is kind of an awkward time of year. My “January blues” have been real lately – in alot of different areas. One of those areas though is with the blog! It’s still snowing / really cold in CO (and most parts of the country I think), but I feel like people are tired of seeing sweaters and winter clothes. But I obviously can’t really post cut-off shorts and tanks right now because of the weather. SO, it’s an awkward time.
While I’ve been in this little funk though, I’ve loved doing some online shopping / browsing all the new pretty spring clothes and accessories that are coming out! We have a few beach trips coming up towards end of Feb, so I thought I’d share some of my spring favorites with y’all and things I’ve bought for the trips – in case you’re also heading somewhere sunny, or if you live in Cali / Florida and it’s always sunny lol.

bp v-neck tee
I’ve posted about this shirt before and it is seriously my favorite basic tee. It’s super soft, not too fitted or oversized, and is such a wardrobe staple! I wear it under cardigans, with leggings, and pair it with cut off shorts in the summer. And now it comes in this adorable pink color which is so perfect for spring and summer! Plus, it’s under $20!
So not only are these sandals under $60, but they are perfect for transitioning into spring! The espadrille-looking heel is adorable and makes these say to dress up or down. The block heel also makes them more comfortable and easy to wear for a long time without hurting your feet. Would be so cute with jeans, dresses, rompers, etc!
round ray-ban sunglasses
I have had these for a long time and y’all they are still some of my favorite sunglasses. You know I have a major weakness for sunglasses (I def have too many!), but I find myself reaching for these almost everyday. I wear the 53mm size cause they fit my face a little better. If you’ve been eying these for a while, I promise you won’t regret getting them!
mini arc bamboo handbag
Y’all, these bags sell out SO fast! So if you’ve been thinking about getting one, I would definitely recommend buying sooner than later. I feel like these first started getting big maybe a year or two ago, and I loved them but thought twice about spending that much on something I thought was just going to be trendy for a hot second. Well, two years later and these bags are still so popular and a spring must-have. It’s so cute for everyday use, but also so perfect for a dressier occasion like a wedding or date night!
I got these sandals last year in two colors and wore them NON STOP! I brought them on every beach trip, wore them for spring date nights, summer parties…they are amazing. They’re super comfortable and can be worn with dresses, cut-off shorts, or white skinny jeans. You will get so much use out of these and so many compliments!
What about you guys? Are you feeling the January funk right now too? Or, still loving the snowy winter? Personally [outside of blogging things], I kind of love the winter right now – the pretty white snow, cozying up by the fire…I love it! Probably because being from Texas, we never really got a great winter ha. But, like I said…this ‘in between time’ is hard for blogging / instagram in the fashion world! But I’d love to hear from you guys in the comments below – are you still loving winter things? Or sick of it and ready to see spring content?
Let me know! Thanks for reading!
