Now that spring is officially here and temps are starting to warm up…I’ve been getting SO excited for spring makeup products! Don’t get me wrong, I love the Fall…but spring and summer are my favorite for getting new makeup palettes and fun lip colors. And you guys, I have found 3 amazing makeup products for spring that you NEED in your life! So excited to share with y’all today!
Before I jump right into the 3 products though, I want to talk about Tom Ford makeup for a quick sec. I think I’m late to the game on this, but I have recently realized how amazing and beautiful and luxurious this makeup is. First of all (you’ll see in the photos), but the packaging is exquisite. It even looks luxurious. But, more importantly, the makeup itself is incredible quality. The colors are beautifully pigmented, and everything I’ve tried so far (the 3 products I’m sharing with y’all today) stay on all day! The products might be slightly more expensive than what you’re used to spending on makeup, but since the colors are so pigmented and rich…a little bit goes a long way!
I shared this contouring compact with y’all briefly on instagram stories this week. You guys – it is STUNNING. And it’s pretty much a “one stop shop” makeup palette for spring and summer. In one palette you’ve got your blush, highlighter, and bronzer (or contour). I apply each line of color with this amazing cheek brush. Like I mentioned above, the colors are all super pigmented, so a little bit goes a long way. I’ll get a small amount on my brush, and then lightly pat some off onto a tissue before applying.
I love this contouring compact though because it gives you that perfect sunkissed glow that we all want in the spring and summer! (I got the darker shade in the contouring compact, but for 95% of people I would recommend the normal one. I’m naturally pretty tan and get super tan in the summer).
I also love this compact because it makes traveling so easy. You don’t have to bring a blush, highlighter, and bronzer…because you have it all in one! I think the highlight is my favorite part of the compact – I put it on the bridge of my nose and high parts of my cheekbones for the prettiest glow!
The next makeup product for spring I want to talk about is this gorgeous cream AND powder eye color. Yes, it’s two in one! You have a beautiful shimmery cream on the bottom, and powder on top. Speaking of things that are great for travel…this is the only eye shadow you’ll need to bring with you if you’re traveling! You can make it as dramatic or as natural as you want!
Another thing I love about this eye duo is that you can apply with your finger if you want. (Of course you can also use a brush but hey, if you’re short on time or supplies, it’s nice to have this option!). I’m obsessed with this shimmery gold color since I have dark eyes, but it comes in several colors!
The last makeup product for spring I want to share with y’all today is this beautiful ultra shine lip color! I’m wearing it in the color “delectable” which is a really pretty light pink / nude, and I also got it in the color “ravenous” which is a brighter pink! Y’all, if you haven’t tried out Tom Ford lipstick yet, believe me when I say it is worth the splurge! The colors are absolutely rich and beautiful, and the color stays on for hours without drying your lips out! It’s super moisturizing and I get compliments on the color every time I wear either one of these!
