A few weeks ago, my mom came to visit us in Boulder for a few days to help with the move and see our new house. She was such a huge help and we truly couldn’t have gotten through those few days without her! I wish all of you guys could meet my mom – her and I really have so much in common and always have the funnest time when we’re together. For example, she loves talking hair and beauty products as much as I do…but both of us are about efficiency when it comes to styling our hair.
When my mom was here, we had the opportunity to both try out this Conair 2-in-1 styler (straightener and curling iron, available at Walmart!) and loved the fact that it’s one tool that can do both things well! I used it to curl my hair, and then my mom used it to straighten hers. Later on in the week though I showed my mom how to curl her hair with it and she couldn’t believe how easy it was (and how well the curl stayed)!
One of the reasons my mom and I both value efficiency in our hair products and tools is because we both travel a lot, and are constantly in and out of a suitcase. I love that with this 2-in-1 styler you only need one hair tool on your trip! No need to pack a straightener and a curling iron.

Another really efficient (and travel friendly) tool by Conair is this spin air brush. This tool is amazing because it gives your hair volume and shine as you dry it safely with ceramic technology. This is also a great tool to use to refresh your hair in between washes! If I’m on day 3ish of unwashed hair, I’ll put some dry shampoo in it and then dry it out with this spin air brush! It’s perfect for travel because I hate having to pack a round brush and blow dryer in my suitcase…this kills two birds with one stone and works so well.
