Look #1 Outfit Details: Tie Waist Dress | Slide Sandals | Leather Tote Bag | Sunnies | Tortoise Earrings

Over the last few months, I’ve really been focusing on creating a versatile + classic wardrobe and shared part of my process in doing that with you guys on here! Today I’m excited to share THREE different looks with y’all that you can mix and match / dress up or down to wear so many different ways. All three of these are looks that could take you from the office to picking up kids from school to weekends at the park, to church and everything in between! I love these looks for summer especially because they’re so perfect for travel! So if you’re planning a vacation or have an upcoming weekend away, I definitely think these looks will be so great for any trip!

This tie waist dress (as you’ll see!) is so versatile and looks equally as cute with sneakers as it does with heels. It’s so perfect fo travel days when you want to look cute but you also want to feel comfortable on the plane. I also love how lightweight it is but not see through at all! It has an easy and flattering fit without being too boxy or too clingy. Such a classic dress that I think looks great on all body types! In this first look, I wore the dress pretty casual with slide sandals (and also threw a denim jacket over this for lunch!). These slide sandals are also great for any weekend away or summer vacation because they’re so comfortable and go with everything! I love the color of the material too – so summery + classic!

Here you’ll see I’m wearing that SAME tie waist dress in a more “office-appropriate” fashion! I love that you could slip off the cardigan and heels after work if you’re heading to meet friends for dinner and still be comfortable AND cute. The older I get, the more I am ALL about dressing simply – having one outfit that can work for so many different occasions! I love adding a cardigan like this for travel days too, because I always get cold on the plane! It’s such versatile dress that works for everything from the office to date night to vacation wear. I also wanted to point out these mule sandals . These are so on trend for spring/summer and work great with both dresses OR jeans! They’re so comfortable too and the heel height is perfect! I’ve worn them with distressed boyfriend jeans as well and they look so cute!

The last look I wanted to share with y’all today for some summer wardrobe inspo is this adorable wide leg jumpsuit! The vertical stripes + tie waist makes this jumpsuit SO figure flattering, and it’s another item you will get SO much use out of. It’s the perfect vacation look! You can pair this with heels for work or a graduation, or dress it down like I did here with flat sandals for casual everyday wear! Honestly finding pieces like this for my wardrobe has become somewhat of an obsession lately haha. I love knowing I can wear ONE outfit for the day that can work for meetings, playing with Shiloh, lunch dates AND be comfortable all at the same time.
