Happy Tuesday friends! For today’s post, I’m actually going to do something a little different than I normally do. While I’m excited to share one of my favorite everyday bras with you, I also want to talk about a cool philanthropic initiative one of my favorite brands has kicked off today! I’m really thankful for the opportunity to share an easy and unique way y’all can give back, and get a little more out of your shopping experience.

As y’all already know, Soma has been my go-to for bras especially, but also for pajamas and undies too. My favorite strapless bra is from Soma and they also carry this amazingly comfy bra I wear all the time. I honestly used to dread bra shopping because it just felt like such an annoying expense. So many bras can be super uncomfortable, unflattering, and you just find yourself counting down the hours until you can take it off and let “the girls” breath, ya know? Well thankfully Soma totally changed that for me.  Soma prioritizes comfort and style, creating bras that you can feel good in all day long. Today I wanted to share my favorite everyday bra from Soma. This Enbliss full coverage bra has been my go-to for quite some time now. Most of the time I hate dealing with the underwire in a “real” bra, but that is definitely not the case with this bra. The wire they use is actually made with a cushy, foam material so you don’t have to worry about it digging into you or causing any discomfort. Soma’s website describes the material as ‘pillow soft’ and that could literally not be more accurate.

I feel like a lot of the time, it’s rare for a bra to provide support AND comfort. But this Enbliss full coverage bra majorly delivers in both of those departments. I feel like it gives such a flattering, natural shape no matter what. I wear it with t-shirts, tanks, dresses, anything! Like I said, it’s basically my go-to bra for everyday wear. If you’ve been struggling to find a good bra you can wear with anything, this is definitely the bra you need in your life! It’s insanely soft, comfortable, and gives you the best support + natural shape!

So now onto the cool initiative Soma is kicking off today! Y’all, I am so obsessed with this idea and I think you will be too. Today Soma is kicking off the Bra Donation initiative to drive awareness of the importance of donating bras. So think about any time you’ve purged and cleaned out your house. You probably have donated clothes and furniture, but how often do you clean out your bra drawer? Y’all, bras are literally some of the most needed yet least often donated items for women in shelters across the country. From now until August 10th, you can go to any Soma boutique and donate your clean + wearable bras. From there, Soma will take care of getting your bras to women in need. Soma is currently partnering with the National Network to End Domestic Violence, I Support the Girls, and The Bra Recyclers charities to get these bras to the women who need them.

I know a bra may seem so small and insignificant, but it’s a powerful way to show these women that they are seen and valued. I can’t encourage you strongly enough to go through your bra drawer and take any wearable bras to your nearest Soma. Just give them a wash before dropping them off and you’re good to go! Whenever you donate a bra at Soma, you will be given $10 off one new bra or $20 off two new bras. It’s seriously the perfect opportunity to replace your old (donated!) bras. And as I already shared above, I can’t recommend getting this Enbliss bra enough!
