If you follow me on instagram stories, you’ve probably seen a few morning stories from me enjoying this DREAMY Colorado weather we’ve had recently! Being from Texas, I still absolutely swoon when the temps start to drop towards the end of August here in Boulder (at least in the mornings and evenings!). These cool mornings have made me SO excited for fall, so today I wanted to share some new fall arrivals I am LOVING from Banana Republic! I shared a little sneak peek of this look on my IG stories a while ago and SO many of y’all loved both of these sweaters and skirt as much as I do.
One of my favorite things about shopping at Banana Republic is how easily these looks can translate from day to night, work or play. I’ll be honest, I’m not much of a skirt person but I absolutely fell in love with this white paper bag skirt for the fall season! It’s actually EXTREMELY versatile, can be dressed up or down, and pairs with so many different tops in my wardrobe! You’ll see in the photos today that I paired it with a looser, more casual sweater as well as a form fitting ribbed sweater for a chic monochromatic look.
You’ll see in these photos that I styled two different outfits with 3 pieces to show you guys just how versatile these pieces are! I tend to shy away from form fitting tops but this ribbed sweater has definitely become a wardrobe staple for me, and one I know I’ll get tons of use out of this fall and winter. Its really chic and flattering on its own, but also a GREAT layering piece. I love wearing it under a black leather jacket! And this adorable zebra sweater is giving me ALL the fall feels and has the best fit! I love it paired back with the white skirt but it’s also adorable with boyfriend jeans and sneakers! I feel like I could do a whole blog post dedicated to styling this adorable sweater because it’s become SUCH a favorite of mine!
