Welcome to my new website!
I cannot explain to you how I excited I am to share my newly designed website with you guys! This has been a LONG + thought out process (probably around 6 months of work went into this, plus years of dreaming up ideas for my website!). When I first started designing this website with a web design team, they asked me the question: “how do you want people to feel when they leave your site?” and my answer was: inspired.
My hope is that after you spend time on my website, you feel inspired to put on an outfit that makes you feel like a 10/10, or you feel inspired to start washing your face at night and take better care of your skin, or spend some alone time with Jesus in the morning, or go outside for a run! I love the idea of LKS readers being inspired to live life to the absolute fullest. My hope is also that my blog makes your life easier. Shopping might not be easy for a busy mom, skincare might be overwhelming for a college freshman…and I hope that coming to my blog makes life just a little bit easier for you! Gives you idea for a workout or a healthy recipe, helps you navigate how to take care of your skin, or helps you decide what devotional book you’d like to read next!
Why I decided to redesign
I decided to redesign my website for a few reasons. One of the main reasons was because I wanted to make it as easy as possible for you guys to shop what I am loving – my outfits you see in blog posts, on instagram, things I share in stories, etc! So you will notice some new shopping features within blog posts that I LOVE that will make shopping super easy and fun for you guys I hope!
I also wanted a beautiful shop page which you can find here. This page will constantly be updated with things I am loving – baby things, fitness faves, fall clothes, etc!
Most importantly, I wanted a website that you guys felt EXCITED to come to everyday. A place where you knew you could come to feel inspired – whether that be through an outfit I’m sharing, my skincare routine, or a post about my faith. I want this website to be a place where you come to feel inspired and find joy!
