We are officially into the “dog days of summer” here in Dallas, so Michael, Shiloh and I have pretty much been LIVING either at the pool or at the lake! There’s nothing better than spending time in the sun with the people you love most (and letting your toddler get ALL her energy out in the pool haha). This summer, swimsuit shopping has been a little different for me, since I’m usually swimming with or chasing a 20 month old around the water. I looked on Backcountry’s website at the beginning of this summer to find some “toddler-life-friendly” swimsuits and found several that get my stamp of approval! I was wanting swimsuits that were chic and feminine, but also offered good coverage and would stay in place when moving around a lot!
I love this chartreuse one piece I’m wearing in these photos for so many reasons. First of all – this bright color will really show off your summer tan! I also love the. buttons on it, the open back, and that it has good booty coverage! It’s also extremely comfortable and the quality is SO GOOD. This will for sure be a swimsuit I wear year after year, because it’s made with such quality that it will definitely last me for years to come! I’ve worn this to the pool or to the lake with Shiloh and I really appreciate that it stays in place, whether you are chasing a toddler around, going paddle boarding, or doing any other activities by the water!
