If you’ve been following me for a while, you know denim is one of my all time greatest weaknesses. I honestly think there is nothing better than a great fitting pair of jeans, because it can truly make or break any outfit IMO!
In the last few months I’ve stumbled upon some incredible pair of jeans and pretty much have my denim rotation down right now. I have 5 pair I rotate between depending on the day, my mood, what I’m wearing…and these are my 5 go-to, never fail me, pair of jeans!
First up, these distressed frame jeans I got beginning of the year. TBH, I did not want to love these because they are NOT cheap. But I decided to try them out 1) because I love Frame denim + have always had good experience with them in the past and 2) I loved the distressing and the relaxed skinny fit. The second I tried them on…I knew I was keeping them! [For size reference – I think these run true to size. I am wearing 25. If in between sizes though, I would say go up a size because they don’t have a lot of stretch!].
I love these jeans because I think they are really flattering and the distressing is perfect. It’s bold enough to make a statement and take your outfit up a notch, but not too distressed to where they just look ridiculous haha. I love how they look with both booties or sneakers, and that they are a good mid-rise fit [not too high and not too low].
The feel of these jeans I would say is more structured than stretchy. So, they aren’t the most comfortable pair of jeans you will ever buy but I love how they look and that they don’t stretch out so I don’t mind! Anytime I wear these jeans out and about, I always have at least ONE person (either someone I’m with or some random person out) tell me how much they love them haha. They are SO good and probably the pair I reach for most in my closet right now!
So these Frame jeans are probably my #1 pair right now…and below I am reviewing the 4 others I have in my closet that are on regular rotation!

Levi 501 skinny jeans
I’ve had these levi’s for YEARS now and they are consistently my favorite under $100 pair of jeans. I love the light wash and the fit is so good. They are similar to the distressed frame jeans I referenced above, in that they feel of them is more ‘structured’ than stretchy. But again, I’ve had mine for probably 3 years now and they haven’t stretched out or lost their shape at all. I wear these in a size 26 and found them to run slightly small! So, I would recommend going up a size from your normal denim.
FRAME le high skinny jeans
I shared these skinny jeans on my stories a few weeks back as the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever owned…and it definitely still holds true! They feel like you are wearing buttery soft leggings, but hold you in + flatter your body like a quality pair of denim does! So they aren’t ‘jeggings’ but definitely have that comfy feel! I love the wash on them as well. I found these ran TTS – wearing size 25.
Again, something I love about Frame jeans is the quality. They are pricy but they will legitimately last you for years to come and won’t stretch out! This is such a great classic pair to have in your wardrobe – they will go with everything, dress them up or down, and they are also very flattering! [I’m also wearing them here].
Abercrombie ultra high rise ankle straight jeans
This straight leg jean from abercrombie is a new under $100 fave for sure (and ANY time y’all see me wearing these on stories I always get tons of DM’s about them!). I love the high rise and that they aren’t a true ‘skinny’ jean…so they’re different than most of my other jeans. They are very distressed though which I think you either love or hate (I love it on this pair). I find that all abercrombie jeans run a tad small – so I always get a 26 in abercrombie denim, and did with this pair as well!
AGOLDE riley high rise straight crop
I just got these AGOLDE jeans a few weeks ago and they instantly became my new favorite + go-to pair of black jeans! I love that they are more of a straight leg vs skinny. They look amazing with booties, sneakers, or heels. [I wore them on Valentine’s Day with a pair of pumps and loved that combo]. They are so comfortable and have such a flattering fit! I think these run TTS – I’m wearing the 26 and they are a tad loose, but I like the relaxed fit of them!

Do you have a favorite out of the 5 pair of denim I shared today?! If I HAD to pick one…I think i’d pick the distressed Frame jeans, but love + wear them all almost equally!
