It’s almost that time of year again y’all! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts on July 12th (for cardholders who are ‘icon’ status) and I am PUMPED. This is legitimately my favorite sale to shop of the entire year and I think this year is going to be such a good one. Today I want to share ALL the details with you guys that you will need to know – including which dates you can shop, what I’m personally excited for, tips for shopping smart, and more!

Public access to the sale begins – anyone can shop!
Why is this sale such a big deal?
So MOST sales are clothes that have already been available for a while that get marked down. The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is unlike any other sale in that it’s actually brand new merchandise that hasn’t been available before now, but for MAJORLY discounted prices. Nordstrom discounts this new fall merchandise for a few weeks for people to shop…and then the prices go back up to full price after Aug 8! So you will see brand new Vince Camuto booties or AllSaints leather jacket for 30-50% off! This is such a great time to invest in some new pieces for your fall wardrobe that you would otherwise pay full price for!
How do I know what Nordstrom Club status I am?
Log into your Nordstrom account and then click on ‘the nordy club’ to find out what your status is, and when you can shop!
What time can I start shopping the Nordstrom Sale?
You can start shopping online at 3am ET/12am PT on your designated shopping day! Or, regular store hours if you’re going in store.
What will you be covering in the Nordstrom Sale?
I LOVE covering this sale so much. It’s honestly a blast for me. I will be covering everything from my personal favorites to our top picks for men, beauty favorites, activewear picks, best finds under $50, kids, and home! I’ll be sharing a mix of both what I am personally buying as well as other items I think are worth your $ (that I already own!).
Do I need a promo code to shop online?
No you don’t! The discount is applied automatically!
How do I get a Nordstrom card if I don’t have one already?
I personally prefer to shop the anniversary sale online. 1) I prefer to do all of my shopping online haha it’s just easier and you avoid crowds. 2) Online you will be able to find EVERYTHING the nordstrom sale has to offer, whereas in store…not every store will have every item so you’ll end up having to order some stuff anyway. Nordstrom also does free shipping + free returns so their online shopping is seamless IMO.
How should I prepare for the sale?
I know a sale this big can be so overwhelming. Most people either feel like ‘i’m so overwhelmed i don’t even want to shop’ or ‘I’m so overwhelmed so I’m gonna buy everything’ lol. I think it will really help you going into the sale if you go through your closet and see…what are you missing or needing to refresh right now? Could your bras use some updating? Are you wanting to refresh your denim selection for fall? Did your booties last year get totally worn out? Make a list of your ‘must-have’ items from the sale and then buy those things first! Go into the sale with a game plan so you don’t end up buying tons of things you don’t need.
My Fave Finds From Last Year’s Nordstrom Sale
Below I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite items from last year’s sale just to get y’all excited for what’s to come this year! A lot of these things are actually included in the sale again this year (or they might have slightly tweaked the product for this year).
This blanknyc suede moto jacket is one of my all time fave nsale purchases and it’s included in the sale again this year in a few different colors, which I am very tempted by!
This treasure & bond sweater was one of my favorite under $50 purchases from last year’s sale and something i wore COUNTLESS times throughout the fall and winter!
This allsaints top was one of my fave purchases last year and it sold out so quickly! I was so happy to see it’s included in the sale again this year!!
This nike sweatshirt was one of my best purchases last year and something I still wear at least 2-3x a week every week, year round haha. It’s included in the sale again this year!!
The Allsaints leather jacket was an nsale purchase I made a few years ago and I’ve had ZERO regrets. They have a few different styles included in the sale every year and it’s a jacket you will have for the rest of your life! I love mine so much!
Another one of my favorites from last year’s sale – this north face parka! I wore the HECK out of this jacket, even in dallas! The fit and quality cannot be beat and I love this year’s grey color!
