if you’ve been following me for a while, you know i have a MAJOR weakness for a few things when it comes to fashion: denim, sneakers…and coats. my love of coats honestly don’t even make a whole lot of sense because we live in texas where we only get to wear them like a few days out of every year haha. i think i love them so much though because they really do add so much to an outfit, and when you find a good coat it’ll last you for years to come!
i got a few new ones from nordstrom this season that i am LOVING and wanted to share with you guys today!
the coats i’m sharing with y’all today are especially great if you live somewhere like texas because they’re not TOO heavy / warm and perfect for just those chilly winter days!
i actually first got this shacket in a neutral color combination during the nsale and it's honestly my favorite coat i've bought this year. it has sort of an oversized swing fit to it and i love that it's kinda long without being a true midi length. it's warm and cozy without being too hot, and i LOVE this green color combo!

this topshop coat is SO chic and such a great price! i love how it looks paired with leather leggings and a lug sole boot but you could just as easily pair it with workout tights and sneakers! it's pretty lightweight so perfect for texas type of weather!

this swing oversized blazer is SO chic! i love it layered over a graphic tee with faux leather leggings and high tops! but you could also dress it up and wear it to the office with a black skinny jean or trousers!

this belted wrap coat is SUCH a classic and one that you will have in your wardrobe for years to come! it's another coat that you can really dress up or down and will get so much use out of! the material is also so soft and it's really warm without being too bulky!
