favorite workout shoes atm

Shop

if you’ve been following me for longer than a week….you probably have gathered that i have a majorrrr sneaker addiction! it’s my #1 weakness when it comes to shopping haha. part of the reason why i have such a weakness for sneakers is because i love to workout and have different shoes i love depending on what activity i’m doing.

so today i thought it might be helpful for y’all if i shared the workout shoes i have on regular rotation right now, and also what i wear each shoe for!

it's probably no surprise to see these on my list and in this post haha because i legitimately have the hoka bondi sneakers in 5 colors. yes, 5. i have 100% drank the hoka koolaid but the bondis are my favorite pair! first of all, i love how they look. i love the oversized sneaker look so i like that i can pair these with athleisure / legging type outfits, in addition to working out in them. the real reason why i love them though is they are like WALKING ON CLOUDS. they are so cushy and comfortable but not heavy at all! i wear these for neighborhood walks, running, and i personally do strength training workouts in these as well (even though they weren't technically designed for that). once i got hooked on the hoka bondis, any other sneaker just doesn't feel right to me anymore haha. these run true to size for me!

i'm currently not running a whole lot - just because i'm focusing more on strength training and low impact workouts right now - BUT when i was running / when i do run...i'm obsessed with these ON sneakers. they are so cushy and comfortable but not heavy. they're also supportive without feeling like TOO much support if you know what i mean. they also feel very responsive when you run so i feel like they actually make me run faster than other running shoes do! these are great for any type of running IMO but i especially love them for more long distance running (like over 5 or 6 miles). i personally went up half a size in this shoe!

the clifton's were my very first hokas to ever try and i still love them so much. they're not quite as thick / cushy as the bondi's, so if the bondis are a bit much for you then you'll probably love these. they are another great all around fitness shoe - i wear these for running, walking, strength training, f45 classes and more. i also find these to run true to size!

if i am ever doing a HIIT class like at f45 or just straight up strength training, this is definitely my shoe of choice! i don't love these shoes for walking or running but if you are doing functional strength training, these are great! they provide stability, they're very comfortable, and i love how they look! these run a tad small IMO so i suggest going up half a size!
