one. paleovalley chocolate bone broth

okay here me out on this one because i know it sounds questionable. but we all know that bone broth has SO MANY nutritional benefits for our bodies, from the inside out. it’s packed with collagen which not only provides structure for our bodies, it actually improves the way our bodies work, both on the inside and the outside. sharing a few of the benefits of consuming collagen protein below (this is all from the paleovalley website!):

Boost metabolism
Support gut health and improved digestion
Support lowering the risk of heart disease
Helps arthritis and supports joints
Reduce cellulite
Grow healthier hair and nails

i could write an entire blog post about the benefits of consuming bone broth daily but i’ll spare y’all lol. even though i know how good bone broth is good for you, i personally find it hard to consume on a daily basis. i don’t love the taste, i don’t love just drinking broth on its own. SO i was super excited to try out this chocolate bone broth and it is DELICIOUS! i love just mixing mine with hot water but you can also add a scoop into your smoothies. and the best part is…shiloh loves it too!! i make her a ‘special nighttime drink’ every night with whole milk, maple syrup, and a scoop of this chocolate bone broth. this one from paleovalley is 100% grassfed with no chemicals or solvents. even just adding one scoop to hot water or a smoothie gives you 13g of protein! and i got this brown one in the mail i instantly ordered the black.

two. nuuds bodysuit

finally bought a nuuds bodysuit after hearing so many raving reviews about them and this one DID NOT disappoint! the second i got this brown one in the mail i instantly ordered the black. it fits so well without being too tight. it’s flattering but still allows for movement. doesn’t show weird lines underneath. and this one has a low back but its still bra friendly! obsessed. worth the hype. i wear this in a size xs

three. corkcicle water bottle

alright let’s be honest. i 100% did not need another water bottle but could not pass this one up – the neon color combo is so dang cute (but it does come in tons of colors). since i got this a few weeks ago, i haven’t drank out of my stanley ONCE (which is saying something) bc i’m so obsessed with this one! the color options are all adorable, fits in a cup holder and keeps your water cold all day long! i’m v tempted to get in a secod color because i love this one so much!

four. haus labs plumping gloss

shared this lip gloss in my recent sephora blog post but in case you missed that…this has become a new staple in my makeup routine! i love the color ‘macaron’ – the perfect cool toned pink, especially going to spring. it’s hydarting, plumping, and actually lasts for hours which is rare with a lip gloss! i love how it makes my lips feel and it looks so pretty – i bought it in 3 shades!

five. skinpharm eye sculpt

i’m not gonna lie – i can rarely tell a ‘difference’ with most eye creams, but i started using this one from skin pharm about a month ago and i am in love (no surprise, i love all of skinpharm’s products!). this eye cream is $60 which isn’t cheap but it’s also way more reasonably priced than most medical grade skincare eye creams! this eye cream is lightweight  & visibly brightens dark circles, de-puffs and minimizes signs of aging! a few of the ingredients in it that make this is amazing: Caffeine increases elasticity and reduces dark circles, vitamin Esupports balanced hydration and bakuchiol stimulates cell turnover, improves tone and smooths fine lines. if you need a new eye cream in your routine, definitely check this one out.

six. levi’s ribcage jeans

y’all know how much i love levis and i just bought what might be my fave pair of levis…ever. they are under $100, high waisted, i love the distressing, and they have such a flattering fit! if you buy them and you are in between sizes, i suggest going down a size.

seven. fool me once on netflix

okay i’ll be honest…by the end of this series, i did not LOVE the show because i didn’t love the ending. (i won’t give anything away). however! the show itself was so good and really sucked both me and michael in from the beginning! such a good storyline, and i loved the main character. if you need a new bingeworthy show, this one is a good one!

eight. dae dry shampoo

for years now, living proof has been my holy grail dry shampoo and pretty much the only one i’ll use. and then i tried this one by dae and my mind was BLOWN! i don’t usually the powder type of dry shampoos, but this one doesn’t leave white residue in your hair. it leaves your scalp feeling so clean, adds volume to your hair, and allows me to go SO much longer in between washes…without giving your hair tha gross gritty feeling! i also love the smell of it – like a really subtle, clean, organe scent!

nine. lululemom ‘new parent’ backpack

i JUST bought lululemon’s diaper bag before our montana trip and omg i LOVE it so much. first of all, i love that it doesn’t necessarily look like a diaper bag. while we’re in montana i’ve used this as my gym bag as well or for going to restaurants. it looks sporty and chic but it’s still SO functional and practical. i love the nylon material because you can just wipe it off to keep it clean. it comes with another smaller bag on the inside that has a changing bad in it, and its the perfect size for diapers and wipes. tons of compartments without being too big or too overwhelming. highly recommend!

ten. the pivot year book

i’ve been reading one day of this book each morning when i wake up as a part of my morning routine, it takes maybe 3 minutes but it’s been so encouraging for me + helpful as i set my intention for the day ahead. there are 365 days in here but they aren’t dated which i love – so if you miss a day you just pick up where you left off! i’ve saved so many quotes from this book on my phone because they’ve encouraged + inspired me in so many ways!

thanks for reading! hope y’all are having a great week!
