Most of y’all know I went to Excellence Playa Mujeres about a month ago (see my review of it here), and brought this little embroidered dress along! I found this dess online when I was shopping for Mexico, and it was one of those “click ‘add to cart’ so fast you don’t even know what hit you” moments! This embroidered dress was SUCH a great purchase that I’m definitely planning on getting it in a second color (comes in 4 colors)!

There are so many reasons why this embroidered dress is the ultimate spring and summer dress. First of all, the quality is amazing and you don’t have to worry about it being see through. I also love that it doesn’t get super wrinkly. I can’t stand those dresses that look like a wrinkled disaster after you’ve been sitting down in them for a while!

I also love that this embroidered dress makes a statement, but without being too over the top. I get SO many compliments on this dress every time I wear it – because it’s a standout piece…but not in a loud tacky way! And the style is so classic that you’ll be able to wear it year after year!

This dress was so perfect for Mexico obviously because of the Mexican-inspired embroidery…but it really is just the perfect dress for any vacation. You can wear it with sandals for a casual daytime look, or dress it up with heels for a nice dinner! So many different ways to wear it…and when the dress is this cute, you’ll want to wear it ALL the time!
