Tis the season – for spring break and beach get aways! Currently in Mexico with my mom and sister and went to Jamaica a few weeks ago with Michael. So, today I want to share my beach packing list with y’all! These are all items that are 100% necessary for a beach trip – my favorite sunhat, cute swim cover-ups, best SPF products, and more!
Davines sun protection hair milk – we all love the bronzed glow we get from the sun, and we think about putting on SPF to protect our skin…but we can forget the damage that the sun can do to your hair (not to mention your hair COLOR). Personally, the sun turns my highlights super brassy or makes my color fade faster which…ain’t nobody got time for that. I love this sun protecting spray because it protects your hair’s color and moisture after a day in the sun! This is a new product for me but I’ve been loving it the past 2 beach trips I’ve taken.
Sugar dream lip treatment – y’all are already well aware of how much I love these Sugar lip treatments, so when I saw they just launched a new advanced therapy treatment, I knew I had to try it. First of all I love the color of this lip treatment! It’s the prettiest shade of pink without being too much. It also has SPF in it which is so necessary at the beach. It’s super hydrating and boosts the volume in your lips!
Drybar sea salt spray– whenever we were in Jamaica, I accidentally left my curling iron at home, so I was forced to go with au natural hair for the week, and this spray saved me! I spray it on my hair when I get out of the shower (once my hair is damp) and just scrunch throughout my hair, to get an easy beach wave look. You can also spray it on dry hair for added texture and volume. I love this stuff!
Mini ark handbag – when you’re packing for a beach trip, it’s important you bring accessories that will go with basically every outfit (especially if you’re just carrying on a bag!). I first saw this bamboo bag last spring and instantly fell in love with it. I love how simple it is, yet makes such a statement, and it seriously goes with every spring outfit. I wear mine with cutoff shorts and a tee, or a nicer sundress and wedges! You will get so much use out of this bag!
