So, it’s probably no surprise to y’all to hear how obsessed I’ve become with skincare over the last year or so. I honestly never thought i’d care so much about it. But, I now find myself researching it constantly, learning about ingredients, and different skincare tips and tricks! Today I want to share with y’all 3 simple skincare tips that I swear by – for healthy glowing skin!
Tip #1: hydrate hydrate hydrate
I’ve never had super dry skin, so I honestly never realized the importance of hydrating your skin until recently. (Now that we’ve moved to CO, my skin has become super dry actually. Also don’t judge my nails haha def need to get these done soon!). Anyway. Did you know dehydration is a top cause of skin issues? Breakouts, fine lines, uneven skin tone, etc.
So first of all – drinking a ton of water will make the world of a difference for your skin. Try to get at least 8 cups a day in. My goal is 96oz a day! Whenever I’m consistently drinking alot of water, I can tell the biggest difference in my skin.

Collagen helps your skin look more full and can help reduce the appearance of fine lines by plumping up those areas (in the best way possible). I think it really gives your skin a glow! I take it every single day!
Tip #3: SPF
Okay, tbh this is another thing I didn’t really care about up until a year or so ago. BUT SPF is so vital for your skin because of how much damage the sun causes. The sun is the culprit of sunspots, fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and can also cause skin cancer. SO HELLO let’s protect our skin y’all!
