A few weeks ago, Michael and I truly had a mini vacation of our lifetime when we spent 3 days at one of Cuvee’s properties in Cabo! You guys know we love to travel and this trip might’ve been our most incredible one yet. I got so many DM’s from you guys asking about the house we stayed in and what the experience was like. So today I’ll be recapping our trip for y’all! (In case you missed it, we stayed at another Cuvee property in Beaver Creek a few months back and I did a blog post about that trip here. That blog post also goes into tons of detail about exactly what Cuvee is and what they do! So, if you don’t know what Cuvee is, definitely check out that post!)

Cuvee has multiple properties in Cabo – we stayed at Seaside La Casita. It’s a 5 bedroom, beach front luxury house! A lot of y’all asked why Michael and I were staying in such a huge house just the 2 of us (3 including Shiloh!). We would LOVE to do that trip again with family or friends. But, the opportunity for us to stay at this house came up pretty last minute (like, the week before haha) and people couldn’t take off work / plan around that in time. BUT. This house is PERFECT for a whole family to come to, or a group of friends! It has 5 bedrooms so you could have at least 10 people stay very comfortably here. Before I get into all of the extra amazing things that made this trip a once in a lifetime experience, I want to talk about THIS HOUSE first, because the house in and of itself made this trip spectacular. I never wanted to leave.

All of the photos you’re seeing in this post were taken at the house. There is an absolutely gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the ocean, with a hot tub as well. There is also an outdoor entertainment system, palapa bar and grill, cozy fireplace, and several places for sunbathing and entertaining all a part of the pool terrace area. We hung out here probably 90% of our trip haha. It was gorgeous and has everything you need.
The inside of the house was equally as stunning though. Everything was beautifully decorated, complete with all the amenities you need and more – including a jura coffee machine (obsessed), fully stocked wine cave, L’occitane products in all of the bathrooms, and MUCH more! Cuvee also had a crib in the house ready to go for Shiloh! The master bathroom was huge and had its own private outdoor shower connected to it! And our bedroom had its own private little terrace with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Every inch of this house was a dream y’all.
So, like I said, the house in and of itself makes this trip so spectacular and a dream come true. But, one of the reasons we love Cuvee so much is because they provide so many amazing services to truly take your vacation to the next level. Some of those services / experiences include a personal chef, salsa dance lessons, private yoga class, in-villa cooking class, spa experience in your villa…and TONS more. Like I said, we only stayed here 3 nights so we didn’t do a ton, but absolutely LOVED the 3 experiences we did: a private yoga class, in-villa cooking class, and tequila tasting! We also had a private chef cook the majority of our meals for us…and y’all, these were honestly some of the best meals I’ve had in my LIFE. I’ll share some of the photos of the food below because this chef was INSANELY talented and everything was so fresh and flavorful!
This photo was from the tequila tasting! We had a specialist in our villa teach us SO much about tequila, and the private chef made us tapas to accompany the different tequilas! It was SO much fun and so interesting!

The chef not only made us incredible meals, but delicious (and beautiful) cocktails too!

Shiloh girl LOVED swimming in the pool everyday! The infinity pool was heated so she seriously could stay in there all day everyday. She was so happy! We had a blast swimming with her everyday!
Every Cuvee property has a property manager who can create an itinerary for your trip, taking care of all the planning and booking! The property manager for this Cabo house had so many fun ideas for us to do and took care of booking each activity. This is true of every Cuvee property, no matter what location! The property manager knows the top things to do in that area to make your trip really special.

A lot of you looked up this Cuvee house after seeing my stories and DM’d me about the price being high! So, I wanted to chat about that real quick. Like I said, this is a HUGE house so ideally you’d be splitting the price between 5 couples! Even then, it’s still a lot of money to spend on a vacation for sure. I will say though…Cuvee vacations are unlike anything Michael or I have ever experienced. We have made memories on both of the Cuvee trips we’ve done (Beaver Creek and Cabo) that will last a lifetime. This is not the type of vacation you take multiple times throughout the year because $$$…but if you are contemplating splurging on a trip for your 40th birthday celebration or 25 year wedding anniversary, or another special occasion like that…I can guarantee you will not be disappointed with any Cuvee trip. Their properties are truly stunning and the service + experience you will receive is unparalleled.
