As promised, today Michael and I are rounding up the BEST menswear options from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Honestly I was SO impressed with the men’s selection this year! A lot of great everyday casual pieces, stuff to wear to work, tons of good activewear, and great shoe options! I’ll be sharing what size Michael bought in everything, and for size reference he is 6 foot, and weights around 185-190lbs!

Nordstrom label knit blazer (wearing size L)
mizzen + main shirt (wearing size L)
Y’all know Mizzen + Main is one of our favorite brands of shirts for Michael. I’ve posted about them countless times! They are moisture wicking, don’t wrinkle at all, and you don’t have to dry clean them! There are TONS of Mizzen + Main shirts included in the sale this year so definitely make sure your man gets at least one. This would also make a great gift to give your dad or father-in-law, if you want to buy it now and hang onto it until his birthday or Christmas!
We also really loved this knit blazer for fall! It’s a great jacket that can be dressed up or down and I thought the charcoal color was really cool.
We get Michael a pair of AG jeans almost every year during the Nordstrom sale. These are his favorite brand of jeans and you can NOT find them at a better price than this! This year we got him this black pair of AG’s and I love them! A good pair of black jeans is definitely a wardrobe necessity for your man!
I LOVE these Cole Haan shoes we got for Michael on the sale! [If you don’t believe me about how good they are, look at the AMAZING reviews on Nordstrom’s site!]. We love them because they combine a sporty look with business casual, making it a super versatile shoe you could wear year round!
Madewell sweatshirt (wearing size L)
This Madewell sweatshirt is one of my favorite things we got for Michael during the sale! Did y’all know Madewell does men’s clothing now?! The sweatshirt is SO soft and great with jeans or with sweatpants for lounging!
These AG jeans are actually a pair we got for Michael two years ago on the sale, and he still wears them ALL the time + they’re in great condition. These really are the most comfortable jeans and will last your mean years to come.
Robert Barakett t-shirt (wearing size L)
Robert Barakett is another brand we stock up on for Michael during the sale! These are the softest, best fitting t-shirts EVER. I think he has about 6 of them now haha because he wears them ALL the time. It’s a great everyday t, but also a great layering piece for your man to have in his closet!
All Saints leather jacket (wearing size L)
This AllSaints leather jacket was Michael’s splurge item this year from the sale! He’s been wanting a black leather jacket for forever, and this is EXACTLY the type of jacket he’d been looking for. The leather feels so amazing, it’s not bulky at all, and it’s not too “moto” looking. This is a classic leather jacket that he will have for years and years to come, and MAJORLY discounted during the sale!
If your man has also been wanting a leather jacket, we can’t recommend this one enough! I absolutely love it on Michael!

Nike epic react sneakers (these run a tad small. I’d suggest going up half a size)
These Zella joggers are such a great buy + gift idea for under $50! I like that they are cozy and athletic at the same time, and they have a really great fit to them!
Y’all know how much I LOVE my nike epic react sneakers. So this year when Michael said he needed some new running shoes, I was super excited to see they had the epic reacts on sale for men! This is a great all around fitness shoe – your man can wear them for running, weight training, and pretty much everything in between!
Patagonia jacket (wearing size L)
I honestly can’t believe this Patagonia jacket is still in stock! This is my first or second favorite item we got for Michael from the sale, because I think it’s a really unique Patagonia and not one that every single guy owns. It’s water resistant and insulated so it will keep your man nice and warm, but still breathes really well at the same time! Michael wore this in Whistler and it was perfect for the cooler weather, without being too hot!

Last but not least, we got Michael this Herschel supply backpack! Michael has a Tumi backpack which he also loves…but was needing something a little bit roomier for when we travel. He carries both of our noise cancelling headphones, laptops, snacks, plus a lot of other things and the Tumi was just a little bit tight for all of that. The Tumi is a GREAT backpack though for the working guy, to take to the office or on a commute. So I highly recommend getting your man a Tumi if he doesn’t have one yet. We like the Herschel backpack more for traveling or just casual everyday needs!
