This blog post topic has now become an annual thing for me and I love it! Today I wanted to share my 5ish favorite fall lipsticks with y’all that i have in my purse at ALL times during the fall months (and winter too!) If you’ve been following me for a while, you probably won’t be surprised by 90% of the lipsticks I’m sharing today haha because they have been my tried and true faves for years now. But there are also a few new ones in here I’m really excited to share!
Why I like to change lipstick colors when autumn arrives…
The second I start pulling out my fall sweaters and layers, I also change out my lipstick! I think deeper tones for fall pair better with sweaters, flannels, and skin tone too (I def get more pale as the year goes on haha and I think deeper more rich lipstick shades are more flattering!). Similar to why I like to do darker colors on my nails in the fall…same goes for my lipstick!

If I had to choose just one for everyday…
If I could only wear ONE lipstick everyday throughout the fall…it would probably be Charlotte Tilbury Very Victoria. This color works with jeans and a tee or a floral dress for a fall wedding! My second [slash tied for first] pick would be Mac Velvet Teddy!
If I had to choose just one for date night…
Tarte Salt Lyfe would be my go-to for date nights since it’s probably the most ‘dramatic’ of this round-up! [But again, not super dramatic either. It’s what I’m wearing in these photos]. Honestly all of the lipsticks I shared today would be perfect for fall date nights!
the one I always keep in my purse…
Honestly, I have all 5 of these in my purse at all times during the fall! I just keep them in this cute pouch and move the pouch around purse to purse haha.
