Now that I’m back in Dallas and had the chance to pick some stuff up from my store here, I wanted to round up my absolute favorite fall fashion pieces from the nordstrom anniversary sale for y’all! The sale is now open to cardholders who are ‘icons’ or ‘ambassadors’. For more details on when YOU can start shopping the sale, see this blog post!
There are a few other items I ordered that haven’t shipped yet, so I’ll share those once they come in. But this post will pretty much round up all of my top fashion finds from the sale! There are 9 outfits total, and in the next week or two I’ll be doing more blog posts on different ways to style each piece! I love how versatile all of these pieces are!
OUTFIT 1:
Vince longline cardigan – fits TTS (oversized fit). Wearing size XS
This is hands down my #1 favorite item from the nordstrom sale this year. You’ll see it throughout this blog post in two colors because I can’t decide which one to keep! It’s insanely soft and warm and SO versatile – you can wear this with sweatpants, leggings, sneakers, dresses, denim, etc! I know I will live in this throughout the fall and winter and wear it for years to come! Definitely a high ticket item but worth the investment IMO!
Free people sweater – fits TTS (oversized fit). Wearing size XS
This free people sweater is INSANELY SOFT and I love the neckline / the fact that it’s not crazy long. It has a relaxed yet flattering fit and is one you’ll grab over and over again this winter!
Rag & Bone high waist ankle slim jean – fits TTS. Wearing size 25
My number 1 denim pick from the sale this year! (Still waiting to receive a pair of frame jeans in the mail so jury is still out BUT. I give these R&B jeans a 10/10). I love the acid wash of these jeans, the high waist, and the fact that they are a ‘slim’ jean – so they aren’t skinny but also aren’t boyfriend! I think they are SO flattering. Heads up though – they have no stretch to them. I wouldn’t say they’re the most comfortable stretchy legging jean in the world but I love how they fit and look so much!
Vince camuto bootie – fits TTS. wearing my normal size 8
These are my #1 bootie pick from the sale, and I tried on 3 different pair. I love the heel height on these, they are super comfortable, can be dressed up or down, and they’re under $100. These are the only pair of booties I purchased from the sale this year!
OUTFIT 2:
Allsaints leather jacket – runs slightly small. Wearing size 4
You guys are going to need to help me decide on this one! I’m struggling with the sage green or the black! I’ve had my other allsaints leather jacket from the nsale for a few years now (i bought it in nude) so I decided to splurge this year on another one. IMO, you cannot beat the quality of an Allsaints leather jacket. This will last you forever and the fit is SO good!
WAYF body suit – fits TTS. Wearing size XS
I LOVE a good body suit because I think they are so flattering and really chic on their own, but also perfect for layering! This one has shoulder pads in it but they are SUPER subtle! I bought this in two colors!

OUTFIT 3:
Madewell kent cardigan – runs slightly big! Wearing size XS
I buy a Madewell kent cardigan every few years from the nsale because it’s legitimately the softest cardigan I own (other than barefoot dreams) and I wear the HECK out of them all fall and winter! I loved this mauvey color for fall because I don’t have anything like this in my closet!
This is my favorite hat from the sale and it’s only $25! I love the wide brim. I also have a pretty big head and hats rarely fit me…and this one actually fits really well!

My other top denim pick from the sale and these are under $60! I love the distressing on them and the medium/darker wash.

Vince cashmere sweater – fits TTS (relaxed fit). Wearing size XS
I’ve had my eye on this cashmere sweater every single nsale and this year I decided to pull the trigger. The quality is AMAZING. Most cashmere sweaters are superrr thin and I love that this one actually has some shape and structure to it! It’s beautiful on it’s own but will also layer really well. I know this is a sweater I will have and wear for years to come!
BlankNYC Plaid Jacket – fits TTS. Wearing size small (i sized up for an oversized look)
There are lots of great ‘shackets’ on the sale this year. I loved the colors in this one and the fact that it wasn’t too heavy (so it’s perfect for dallas!). I love that I can wear this with denim, leggings, or even over a dress!

OUTFIT 5:
Free people henley tee – oversized fit – wearing size XS
I bought one of these henleys from the nsale last year and wore it hundreds of times over the past year! Decided to get a second color this year bc it’s INSANELY soft, and something you can wear with denim, leggings, or bike shorts!

OUTFIT 6:
Free People turtleneck sweater – fit is oversized. wearing size XS
One of the very first things in my cart from this sale and I’m sure it’ll sell out QUICK! This sweater makes me SO HAPPY. I love that you can wear it with leggings or denin. Sneakers or booties or heels. It’s insanely soft and I can’t wait to do a blog post or reel showing the millions of ways to style this! If you are short (I’d say 5’3 or less) you could also get away with wearing this as a dress! This is a great price too for a FP sweater so definitely get it on sale while you can.
Spanx faux leather leggings – fit TTS. Wearing size XS
At this point I am beating a dead horse with the spanx faux leather leggings haha. But if you don’t have them yet, now is definitely the time to purchase them since you can get them for $64 (full price is $98). You will wear the HECK out of these. They are so flattering and can be dressed up or down!
Sam Edelman combat boots – fit TTS. Wearing my normal size 8
I fell in love with combat boots last fall. I think they instantly elevate any outfit but they’re super practical at the same time! This Sam Edelman pair is incredibly quality and on sale for $119 during the sale!
OUTFIT 7:
Allsaints Striped v neck sweater – oversized fit. Wearing size small (i sized up for a really loose fit)
I LIVE for outfits like this in the fall and winter. Easy and comfy but still looks edgy / chic! I love this oversized striped Allsaints sweater! It’s slightly longer in the back and like all of allsaints sweaters…great quality!

OUTFIT 8:
BB Dakota Sweater dress – fits TTS. Wearing XS
I love this sweater dress because it’s one of the few sweater dresses I’ve seen that isn’t super form fitting, or turtlenecky. It’s light and easy and flattering and looks adorable with tall boots! Under $50 on the sale and also comes in black! Perfect for fall date nights or family photos!
Sam Edelman knee high boot – fits TTS. Wearing my normal size 8
There were a few adorable tall boots part of the nsale this year. This Sam Edelman pair was my top pick because I love the square toe, and how they fit on my calf. They are a little loose so i can wear them with skinny jeans, but not too wide at all!
OUTFIT 9:
Treasure & Bond dress – fits TTS. Wearing size XS
I picked this dress up because I’m personally in need of more ‘date night’ or ‘going out’ type of outfits in the fall! This dress is form fitting but still super flattering because of the vertical lines. It doesn’t show every bump and line if you know what I mean haha but just smooths everything out and flatters your curves! And it’s on sale for under $50 during the sale!
