I feel like I am beating a dead horse at this point about these shoes lol BUT...if you are looking to work on your fitness goals this month, these are hands down my favorite all around workout shoe. I wear them for walks, runs (no longer than 5 miles), strength training, or just everyday! They are so comfortable, supportive, and actually so cute too.shop now
If you are looking for a new healthy habit to start this year...collagen is SO important for your hair, skin, and bone health. This one has lots of protein in it, no added weird fillers, and helps so much with anti-aging! I put a scoop in my coffee every morning!shop now
I feel like EVERYONE has a goal to drink more water, every year haha. This water bottle has helped SO much with my water intake! I love that it fits in a cup holder and holds 40oz of water!shop now
I use this SPF as the last step in my skincare routine every morning. If you have a goal to take better care of your skin this year...SPF is a MUST and this is probably my fave SPF product I've ever tried. It offers your skin protection from the sun while giving light coverage + subtle glow. It also lays perfectly underneath your makeup as a primer. you can use code LKS to get 10% off!shop now
My mom got me this for Christmas and I've been working through it for a few weeks now! This book is SO HELPFUL in helping you really create a vision and goals for the coming year. It's specifically for goal planning but then also has calendars throughout the year to help you continue to work towards the goals you set in January.shop now
If you have a goal to move more this year...I think the Apple Watch is SO helpful in motivating me to workout! You can track your workouts on here, your steps, set an 'activity' goal for each day. It's like built in accountability on your wrist haha.shop now
Y'all these journals are my OBSESSION. They are literally the perfect notebook. The lines are perfectly spaced, the paper is nice and thick, they lay open well, they are small enough to throw in any bag. I have one with me at all times!!!shop now
Y'all - the best gel pens everrrrr. I am a pen SNOB and I love how smooth these are and not too ~~inky~~ if that makes sense. I also think they're just really pretty and I love that they're neutral.shop now
I got this clock in 2020 so that I would stop sleeping with my phone by the bed and it has been a GAME CHANGER. I no longer sleep with my phone by the bed and this alarm clock has allowed me to create a nighttime and morning routine. I have a reading light that comes on, then it goes to guided meditation, then my white noise comes on. in the morning you can wake up slowly because a light will slowly get brighter, you can make birds chirp etc haha. Worth every penny!shop now
I put a scoop of this in warm almond milk every night before bed and it's been SO helpful for my sleep. It has bone broth collagen in it, magnesium, gaba (two things that help calm your mind) and a tiny bit of melatonin. I love that it's all natural and actually has good for you ingredients in it! This is a great purchase if you have a goal to get more sleep this year!shop now
