in the past year i feel like i’ve gotten my supplement routine down to a T, and i feel SO good about it. after talking with my doctor, doing some research, and listening to a lot of health + wellness podcasts, i now have a supplement routine that i think really serves me well in this season of life. obviously every body is different and has different needs but just in case you need some help getting started, i wanted to share the supplements i take daily with you guys!
