budget friendly beauty finds!

Hi friends! I’m so excited to write today’s post because I’m talking about some of my new favorite beauty finds that are budget friendly! I’ve gotten a lot of requests to share more beauty products, especially for those with a tighter budget (and I totally get that!). I’m a firm believer that you totally don’t have to splurge on every beauty product and that there is some amazing budget-friendly makeup out there! I mostly picked out products that I tend to use a lot in the summer – good bronzer/blush, long-lasting lip color, highlighter, etc. I tend to keep it more light and natural, and I love finding products that are sure to last through time in the sun and by the pool!

If y’all remember this post, you know that Walmart has become a place I’ve loved shopping from online or in-store. Walmart truly has everything, and today I’m excited to share my favorites from their beauty section (which is amazing btw!). When I saw that they carry the NYX brand now in their beauty section, I was seriously sold! I’ve tried out a ton of beauty products as a blogger, and I can honestly say the NYX brand is amazing quality and such a good budget-friendly option. So today I wanted to round up some of my favorite budget-friendly beauty finds from y’all and share all about the NYX line at Walmart!

Click on any of the products below to shop my picks!

A few favorites from the collage:

  • NYX Pin-Up Pout Lipstick – This creamy lip color comes in so many colors (Almost Famous is my personal fave) and legit lasts all day. It’s super hydrating and the pigmented color makes your pout look extra full and plump. During the summer, I love going minimal on the face makeup and then wearing a strong lip color for a fun, effortless look!
  • NYX Illuminating Powder – This silky powder applies like a dream! It can serve as both a blush and a highlighter, with just a touch of shimmer/sheen that is so pretty. I use the shade “Crushed Bloom” to add a little pic to my cheeks, but the “Lavender Steel” shade is also great for illuminating your cheeks and eyes!
  • NYX Total Control Drop Foundation – I always love when a foundation is buildable like this one, so you can apply just a few drops for a light coverage (kind of like a CC cream) look or you can build it for full coverage for date night or a full day at work. I use the shade “Cinnamon” but y’all this foundation has such a wide-range of skin tones!
  • NYX Worth the Hype Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara – okay seriously, go look at the reviews on this mascara. Sometimes mascaras will focus on either volume OR length, but this products truly accomplishes both. I’ll use this on my bottom lashes, but you could definitely use on your top lashes if you don’t have extensions like I do.

So if you’re heading to the beach or just needing to update your makeup routine, I hope these budget-friendly finds help you feel beautiful and confident all summer long! I seriously love that Walmart carries these and so many other great budget-friendly beauty options. Have y’all tried NYX beauty products before? What are some of your favorites? Let me know if the comments below!

This post was created in collaboration with Walmart. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own!
