One thing I love about January is the “fresh start-ness” of it all (I just made that term up lol). So many new goals and aspirations for the new year! Since I’m sure alot of you have made fitness and health goals, today I wanted to share some of my favorite health and fitness products / food / tools that help me maintain a healthy lifestyle! These are all things I eat or use DAILY and can’t recommend them enough!

Orgain Protein Bar

This has become one of my favorite / go-to protein bars in the last few months. I love that it’s plant based protein, so it’s super clean and you don’t have to worry about fake ingredients. It also tastes DELICIOUS, and it’s super filling even though it’s under 200 cals. I go through these bars way too fast! I’ll have one before a workout, or carry one in my purse when I’m out running errands! I love that you can just grab this at Walmart (online or in store!) and keep on hand for whenever you need a healthy, protein-packed snack!

Hair Gummies

I’ve been taking these hair skin and nails gummies for years and LOVE them. First of all, it’s almost like a treat because they taste so good haha, but I think they’ve made a huge difference in how fast my hair and nails grow, and how healthy they are! I’ve recently tried a few new gummies but I think these are still my faves!


Michael got me these AirPods for Christmas and I am OBSESSED! They are wireless headphones that will work with your watch, phone, iPad…pretty much anything. The sound quality is great and they don’t fall out of your ears. I love them for running and working out!

Adjustable Weights

Michael and I got these weights for our ‘home gym’ when we moved to Boulder and they have been such a great investment! I love them because it’s just ONE set of weights, but you can adjust the weight to anywhere from 5 pounds, up to 45! So, Michael and I can both use them! It’s way more cost effective (and space efficient) than a full set of dumbells.

AdvantEDGE Protein Shake

If you follow me on instagram, you know I’m obsessed with these protein shakes! They’re only 100 calories but have 17g of protein. They are the perfect afternoon snack, and the chocolate flavor definitely helps satisfy my sweet tooth! I have gotten tons of questions from y’all about where to buy these, and you can easily pick them up at your local Walmart or order them online!

Walmart has become a new place that I’ve loved online shopping from. They have pretty much ANYTHING health / fitness / wellness related you could ever want, all in one place! Whether you’re doing Whole30, training for a marathon, or wanting to build up your home gym…definitely check out what Walmart has to offer! Tons of great options for fitness / health that can be budget-friendly at the same time! I know sometimes in the new year it can be overwhelming trying to figure out where to get the best healthy selections and how to implement healthy habits into your day to day routine, which is why I love how easy Walmart makes it!
