Valentine’s Day might look a little scaled back for all of us this year, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t have a little fun with the ones you love! No matter if you are going out on the town or staying in for a cozy night on the couch, today I wanted to share 4 fun Valentine’s Day date night looks that will give you some outfit inspiration no matter your plans!
Before I share my styled looks, I have to tell you about this little black dress I just ordered from Abercrombie! I saw this black dress online and thought it’d be so fun and sassy to style up with some heels for a date night with michael or even a girls night! I like it because it’s classy, but still sexy. I love the ruched silhouette which is super slimming + flattering on literally every body type. I styled it with my go-to nude pumps, but you could also dress it down with booties (these are my favorite and they’re currently 47% off!) for a more casual look. You can never have too many black dresses, if you ask me!

This v-neck little black dress is definitely more of a “splurge” but I love the silhouette! I love investing in closet staples like either of these LBD’s because you can wear them for years to come!
for a cozy night in:
If you are staying in this year, then comfort is a must! Honestly, I am all about loungewear this year so this look is definitely closest to my daily uniform haha! This outfit gives you that comfy, effortless look without sacrificing your style! I could literally live in barefoot dreams cardigans and I am also obsessed with these fuzzy slippers I found on amazon for less than $20!
for a night with your girls:
Valentines day isn’t just about date nights or romance, it’s also a super fun reason to get together with your girlfriends for a little galentines celebration! This is the perfect fun + feminine look to wear to grab a margarita with your gals! I am in love with this pink one shoulder blouse, and I also found the most adorable bright red, one shoulder tank from Free People if you want an option for warmer weather or that you can layer! Both of them would look cute tucked into ultra high rise jeans! My current favorites are this pair from Abercrombie.
for casual date night:
okay so I have to be honest, ya’ll probably already know this if you’ve been following me for a while, but I am much more of a denim girl when it comes to date night than a dress girl! I actually have this one outfit (very similar to this one) that I wear on almost all of my date nights with Michael haha!
I am all for effortless, sexy + simple looks. All you need is the perfect pair of jeans that fit like a glove, a flattering top or bodysuit like this pretty lace one from abercrombie and a statement jacket. You can wear a leather jacket with so many different looks, which is why it’s a must in my closet! Such a versatile wardrobe staple. This one from Topshop is only $50 I couldn’t believe what a good deal it was!
