have y’all ever heard the saying that girls say “i don’t sweat; i glisten”? if that’s you, then more power to ya, girlfriend! but let me tell you…that is definitely not the case for me, and never has been! when I workout…whether that’s a spin class, hot yoga, running, or weight training…95% of the time I look like I just got out of a swimming pool at the end of my workout! which is one of the many reasons I’m obsessed with the NULUX line at lululemon!
sometimes Michael will give me a hard time about how many workout tights I own. I’ll be honest…workout tights are a weakness of mine because I live in them. but out of all the workout tights I own, the fast and free crops I have are in a category of their own. the NULUX material is seriously out of this world – so buttery soft and insanely light. it literally feels like a second skin, or like clouds on your legs and butt. they’re unlike any other workout tights I own.
the fast and free crops are my go-to for any high intensity workout: running on a hot day (or a long run on a treadmill), a bootcamp class, HIIT workout, or any other workout where I know I’ll be sweating a ton.
these crops are amazing because they breathe SO well, but they’re still super supportive and hold you in in all the right places. I also love that they’re high waisted – I pretty much won’t work out in anything if it’s not high-waisted!
the fast and free bra I’m wearing here is made from the same NULUX material. super light (feels like you’re wearing nothing!), but still gives just the right amount of support. both the crops and the bra are worth every single penny – seriously such amazing quality and will encourage you to push your workouts to new limits. (I have the pants in the crop length, and the 7/8 length – in multiple colors!)

Also wanted to take a second to encourage y’all with your workouts. As y’all know…I LOVE running and it’s my favorite way to stay active. Recently though I’ve been learning the importance of challenging yourself physically…to try new things and get out of your comfort zone. When you challenge your body in new ways, you truly get so much stronger, both mentally and physically. So, this week…do hard things. Try a new workout, or a new fitness class you’ve never done before. You never know…it might become your new favorite workout!
