Within the last year, I changed up my workout routine to include LOTS of different things – yoga, hiking, running, weight lifting, interval training, and more. Prior to this shift, I solely bought clothes that were good for running. Since my workout regimen is pretty varied now, I find myself wanting to buy workout clothes that could work for any activity.
Sure, if I’m training for a marathon I might want a really specific pair of running shorts, but overall…I want to find leggings, tank tops, and sports bras I could wear for alot of different workouts, which is why I am loving Lole. The quality of their workout clothes is unparalleled. Their leggings and tanks breathe so well, the leggings aren’t see through, and they provide the perfect amount of support. (I’m specifically obsessed with these burst leggings for yoga, weight training, or any cardio workout!)
Another one of my favorite Lole products is this sports bra. Y’all, I am probably the pickiest person alive when it comes to sports bras. The ones that are super thin and strappy that look cute, but provide zero support…no way. Not a fan. I love this sports bra I’m showing today because it provides the perfect amount of support, whether you’re running or doing yoga! AND it’s still really cute!
So if you’re trying to get back into your fitness game but don’t know where to start…definitely check out the Lole website. First of all, new workout clothes are ALWAYS great motivation to get back on track, but Lole’s specifically will encourage you in that way because you will truly look AND feel your best in their apparel!
