I’ve been trying to share more at-home workouts on my instagram lately since we’re all doing the majority of our workouts at home (unless you’re running/biking outside!). So today I wanted to round up some of minimal but necessary equipment for at home workouts! This is very minimal equipment but it’s plenty to get a good sweat in and motivate you to workout, even at home! In our rental house, I keep all of this stuff tucked in a corner in my office! I just pull it out when I do my 6am workouts and even though it’s not a lot of equipment…it’s definitely enough to allow for a great workout and make you sore the next day!
