healthy from the inside out

The older I get the more I recognize how important it is prioritize my overall health and wellness! I’ve adopted tried and true skincare + haircare routines where I experience results I love – but then I thought, what am I really doing to take care of my body and heart from the inside out?

With all that has been going on lately I’ve been making an extra effort to focus on self care – not only with workouts and healthy eating, but also with listening to my body and fueling it with vital nutrients!

After running through a lengthy list of natural supplements I’ve been curious to try, I was introduced to Global Healing. I was so inspired by their mission to help people on their wellness journey. They sent me 8 different supplements that I was excited to get to try, and I honestly love the way they are making me feel!

I have already experienced an amazing difference in my gut health, digestion, sleep, brain fog, hormone balance and more. Most importantly, all of their products are vegan, GMO-free, gluten-free, ethically sourced and packaged in recycled glass bottles which is absolutely amazing!

Every Global Healing supplement I tried has incredible healing properties for a multitude of health concerns and daily needs, but I wanted to break down my top 5 favorite based on what I’m using them for and why. You can click any image in the collage to shop each product.

For Inflammation + Antioxidants: Turmeric

Most people think that with turmeric all you need to do is reach into your spice cabinet and sprinkle a little bit in a smoothie and you’re good to go – but did you know that turmeric has to be extremely concentrated to see health benefits? I didn’t either! These Global Healing Turmeric Drops are highly concentrated to insure you get the proper dose, and they’re mixed with black pepper which actually helps your body with absorption! Turmeric helps with inflammation, energy, and it contains free radicals which can aid in the prevention of heart disease and cancer.

For Hormone + Thyroid Health: Detoxadine

This next supplement sounded a little scary at first when I read the word “detox” – but once I learned a little bit more about it I was excited to try it out! Detoxadine helps regulate your hormones, which I think is something all women are looking for! I’m sure some of you can relate, but after having a baby I felt like my hormones were a little out of whack. I feel so good knowing I’m taking something that will keep me maintain a healthy metabolism and thyroid!

For Digestion + Gut Health: Floratrex and Oxy-Powder

After doing Whole30 I knew I needed to continue to take care of my gut, and finding the right probiotic and prebiotic was at the top of my to-do list. Due to the recent changes in my diet, I wanted to find a supplement that would help me digest foods that are high in fiber and protein to keep me feeling light on my feet. This Floratrex supplement gives you an even mix of prebiotics and probiotics which work together to improve gut health and digestion, and I already feel an amazing difference! Oxy-Powder is also super helpful for bloating and digestion, and it helps eliminate any toxins in your intestines. I’ve been taking it after my “cheat meals” or wine nights and I feel so much better the next day!

For Energy + Sleep: B12

Finally I have to mention this B12 blend! I think it might be my favorite out of these 5 supplements! I’m always looking for ways to boost my energy levels, because as a busy mom I definitely need it. This supplement, in combination with a healthy diet and steady workout routine, has completely transformed my energy levels. I feel so good and so awake from the minute my feet hit the floor in the morning, which is not typical for me (especially if Shiloh isn’t sleeping well.) I also love how it increases my natural melatonin release where I don’t have to rely on a sleep aid at night, which is a huge plus.

I know that adding new supplements into your daily routine can be a little daunting, but Global Healing does all of the work for you and literally breaks down the exact description and benefits of each supplement on their website!

Also, right now you can use the code LAUREN15 to get 15% off all go their products with completely free shipping! Below is a list of the 8 supplements they sent me, but their entire website has so many amazing options that you could add into your vitamin and supplement routine. I hope you love them as much as I do, and make sure to let me know if you try them!
