Vitamins and supplements are a part of all of our daily routines and I always think it’s really interesting to learn about what other people take (or swear by!) everyday! So today I wanted to round up the vitamins and supplements I take everyday and WHY I take them! [Side note! I also just got several new products from Global Healing that I’m excited to add into my routine. After I do some more research on those and incorporate them into my routine for a few more weeks, I’ll update you guys on that!].
