One of my favorite things that I’ve started doing during quarantine is creating workouts to share with ya’ll each week! I started #SweatWithLKS back in March and since then I’ve been sharing a new workout video every Wednesday! From upper body, to core to cardio, it’s been so much fun to workout with you guys and hear what you think of my workouts!

Workouts + Activewear I’m Loving Lately
I shared these shorts in my recent lower body workout and ya’ll couldn’t get enough! They’re definitely a little bit shorter than my typical bike shorts, but I love the stretchy material and unfinished look. They come in so many cute colors!
So it takes a lot for me to find a pair of Nike running shoes that I really love, especially compared to my ultra-boost addiction, but these made my list! They’re so comfy. Great for HIIT workouts, walks, running – you name it.
Target all the muscles on the front side of your body with this anterior strength workout! It will light your biceps, quads, core and more on fire. I also shared a posterior strength workout a few weeks ago, for a well rounded workout routine! Make sure you pair the both of them together so you can get a full body sweat session.
So many of you have asked me about my yoga mat! It’s a classic black warrior yoga mat from Alo Yoga and it provides my joints with so much cushion and support, especially with yoga or a plyometrics workout!
I love the fit of this cropped muscle tank! It’s made with a sweat wicking / quick drying material so it’s perfect for a cardio day or a summer run.
No equipment needed for this 30 minute cardio workout! I even came up with a exercise that I like to call ‘magic carpets’ and it might be one of my new favorites!
This tank is one of my latest athleisure obsessions! I have it in a few colors and it’s so comfortable and the fit is perfect. I love the high neckline and the cropped length. The light purple ‘wisteria’ color is so pretty!
Okay ya’ll, these shorts are a steal! They remind me so much of the Lululemon Tracker short, listed below, ya’ll know I am a sucker for a wide waistband! They come in a few different colors and they do have a short liner sewn in, which is perfect for running or workouts!
So many of you have ask me how I’ve toned by arms over the last few year, and strength training is the answer! This upper body workout combines some of my favorite arm exercises into one upper body burnout!
Might be some of my fav shorts of all time. I love how lightweight they are and the pretty V cut on the sides!
I found this tank on Amazon and it comes in over 10 different colors and has a 4.5 star rating with almost 1,000 reviews. It truly lives up to the hype! I have bought it in black, and after I tried it on I instantly ordered it in other colors!
Adding a min-band and weights to a workout helps you push your body in ways that a pure bodyweight workout can’t! I love strengthening my glutes and quads with routines like this lower body day.
I’m in love with the slouchy style of this boyfriend tank! It’s perfect to throw over a sports bra after a sweaty workout, or wear with leggings for a grocery run! So comfy and cute.
Last but not least, this “fanny pack” is what purse dreams are made of! Yes, I am also shocked that I love a fanny pack haha, but the practicality of it is amazing! It’s so easy to toss on for a hands free walk with Shiloh or morning run! I am so glad I got on board with this trend.
