Hi friends! Last year in January I put together a blog post of all of my everyday supplements and y’all really enjoyed it! So I thought I’d do an updated post this year. These are products I take / use every single day (or at least weekly) for overall wellness, immunity, fertility, digestion and more!

I put a scoop of this in warm almond milk every night before bed to help with sleep. I love having this as part of my nighttime ritual - the magnesium & gaba in it help calm my brain down for the night and it also has a little bit of melatonin in it.
