if you follow me on IG, you know i take my supplement routine very seriously haha. over the past 2 years or so i’ve really upped my supplement game and found a protocol that works really well for where my body + health are at today.

i wanted to share with you guys the exact supplements i take on a regular basis, in case this gives you some ideas on new things to try out. but keep in mind…no two supplement routines should look the same! there are SO many factors that go into which supplements you should be taking – from bloodwork, to lifestyle, dietary needs, life stage and more. so i highly encourage you to meet with a functional medicine doctor or FM registered dietician to maybe get some bloodwork done and get their recommendations on what supplements might be helpful for you!

this goes without saying but i am clearly NOT a doctor, nor am i giving medical advice! just wanted to share the supplements i take on a daily basis that have really helped me to feel my best from the inside out!
